Minutes of the Houses

Each House produces an official record of its actions and decisions. The Council also publishes a summary of each sitting day. These are separate from Hansard, which is the transcript of what was said in debate.

The database includes documents back to 1996. Older documents are available on the historical House documents page.

Notes

A proof version of the minutes (Council's Minutes of Proceeding and the Assembly' Votes and Proceedings) is published after each sitting day. The final version for the whole sitting week is published later and replaces the daily proofs. The Committee of the whole Council supplement is available in the final version of the minutes only. 

The Assembly's sitting summary (Assembly Abridged) was discontinued from December 2022.
