Protected Disclosure Act 2012
The purpose of the Protected Disclosure Act 2012 is to encourage and facilitate the making of disclosures of improper conduct by public officers and public bodies. The Parliament of Victoria's Protected Disclosure Act 2012 - Procedures for Making a Disclosure about a Member of Parliament establish a system for reporting disclosures of improper conduct or detrimental action by Members of Parliament.
