Question on Notice
Mr Wakeling to ask the Minister for Consumer Affairs, Gaming and Liquor Regulation for the Minister for Workplace Safety — Noting that WorkSafe Victoria has filed charges against the Department of Health with respect to 58 breaches of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and that all other lines of inquiry forming part of WorkSafe's investigation into workplaces associated with the initial COVID-19 hotel quarantine program have now concluded, and the content of the Minister’s response to Question on Notice No 5532, how many persons refused to make a statement in relation to WorkSafe's investigation into workplaces associated with the initial COVID-19 hotel quarantine program.
