Tabled petitions & responses

All petitions presented in Parliament become a tabled paper.

Petitions tabled in the current Parliament are available at the link below. 

The minister responsible for the administration of the matter that is the subject of a petition presented in the Council must provide a response within 30 days of the petition being presented in the House. 

Responses to Council petitions can be found on the main page of each tabled petition. Filter by 'response status' to find petitions 'awaiting response' for those that require a response that have not yet been provided and 'response received' for those Council petitions that have a published response attached.
