Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Amendment (Paramedic Practitioners) Bill 2024
Establishes paramedic practitioners as a class of registered paramedics, and authorises paramedic practitioners to sell and supply certain substances.
Inquiries Amendment (Yoorrook Justice Commission Records and Other Matters) Bill 2024
Provides for the Yoorrook Justice Commission to make orders to close or restrict access to certain records once the Commission ceases to exist, and makes changes to the treatment of the records of a Royal Commission, Board of Inquiry or Formal Review that has ceased to exist.
Tobacco Amendment (Tobacco Retailer and Wholesaler Licensing Scheme) Bill 2024
Establishes a licensing scheme to regulate the lawful supply of tobacco products, and creates offences in relation to licensing.
