Can the minister please provide information to the community of Swan Hill and district as to when the construction of stage 1 of the Swan Hill hospital will begin. The clearing of the site has now been finished for several months, and questions are being asked as to when the construction will actually start. It would be appreciated if the minister could provide that information to the Swan Hill community.
