Standing and sessional orders
Standing orders are the permanent rules of procedure for the House and its committees. Sessional orders are temporary rules of procedure. They only apply until the next election, or when Parliament is prorogued. The joint rules apply to both Houses.

Historical standing orders
In this section you can find previous editions of the Assembly standing orders. The early editions (pre-2004) are scanned from volumes that were in use at the time. Therefore some are annotated and have additional notes pasted in. Historical Council standing orders are coming soon.
