Holi is a celebration of the beginning of new life, love and the triumph of good over evil. The message of renewal through the victory of good over evil is a timely reminder for all of us. It is one of the most important festivals for our Indian diaspora. I am so proud to see our community come together to celebrate Holi in all its glory. It is a testament to the multicultural fabric of our state, where diversity is not just tolerated but celebrated. I wish an incredibly happy Holi filled with love, laughter and prosperity to my fellow Victorians.
