The Committee resolved at its meeting on 11 November 2024 to conduct a follow up inquiry into the Victorian Auditor-General’s reports no. 40: Fraud and Corruption Control—Local Government, tabled on 19 June 2019 and no. 316: Fraud Control Over Local Government Grants, tabled on 11 May 2022. Public hearings were held at 55 St Andrews Place, East Melbourne on 31 March 2025.
