Tim McCURDY (Ovens Valley) (12:55): Having met with 30 people from Oxley, Milawa, Moyhu and Whitfield last week to discuss the dangerous overhanging trees, my worst fears were realised on Saturday afternoon on Snow Road when a massive limb fell on the road, which would have spelled tragedy if a car was going past at the time. Snow Road carries tens of thousands of vehicles, and it was sheer luck that nobody was killed this time.
