How will students in the South-Eastern Metropolitan Region benefit from the current round of Victorian junior landcare and biodiversity grants? Knox Gardens Primary School has been awarded a $3590 grant under this program to support their ‘Save our indigenous flora’ project. This project aims to preserve native plant species within the local area, providing students with hands-on experience in environmental conservation and fostering a deeper understanding of biodiversity. It is initiatives like these that help to instil a sense of responsibility and connection to our landscape and environment in our younger generations by fostering this community spirit of environmental stewardship and sustainability. Minister, how will students in my region benefit from this program?
