That this house condemns the Premier and the member for Ripon for putting all their eggs in one basket with the $216 billion Suburban Rail Loop while slashing road maintenance funding by $127 million, leaving the St Arnaud–Wooroonook road at Dooboobetic in a state of disrepair.
