That this house condemns the Premier and the member for Eltham for putting all their eggs in one basket with the $216 billion Suburban Rail Loop while slashing road maintenance funding by $127 million compared to 2020, leaving Diamond Creek Road, Wattletree Road and Karingal Drive in a state of disrepair.
