Hungry 4 Success Cafe and Catering
Will FOWLES (Ringwood) (10:14): I also want to highlight the incredible work being done at the Hungry 4 Success Cafe and Catering in Eastland shopping centre. Recently I met with Heidi and Naomi to learn about their social enterprise model. Not only do they serve delicious food and coffee, but they also provide hands-on training for individuals in our community facing various levels of disadvantage. Their training programs have supported 177 people in building the skills and confidence needed for sustainable employment. By focusing on hospitality and catering, they are transforming lives and helping locals break the cycle of unemployment. So next time you are at Eastland, especially as we approach Christmas, I encourage you to pop in, enjoy a coffee and say hello to their friendly staff.
